A private dinner
Are you ready to know the owners who shape this market, and be known by them?
A private circle for the owners who shape NE Florida luxury real estate. It begins with a private dinner, 10 to 20 seats.
First dinner: November 2026, Ponte Vedra.
The waitlist carries over. Not seated is not rejected. Waitlisted names get the recap, the photos, and first claim on the next dinner.
The table is set either way
The dinner will happen with the guests the hosts choose. There is no pitch and nothing to buy: an evening of introductions around one table.
If this is your room, we would be glad to have you at it.
Who it is for
- Team leaders
- Broker-owners
- Builders and developers
- Owners of title and mortgage firms
It is not for anyone looking for a stage to sell from, a vendor list or a room to prospect.
How selection works

The hosts read every application and choose the room themselves.
Your hosts
Christopher Queen
Chris is a Jacksonville engineer and business owner who has spent fifteen-plus years building software that real customers rely on, and today he helps companies put AI to practical use through Christopher Queen Consulting. He and LaShay started the Circle dinners for a simple reason: the most valuable thing at the table is the other people seated there. Every seat is chosen by the two of them, so the room is small enough for real conversations.
LaShay Queen
LaShay Queen retired from the U.S. Navy as a Chief Petty Officer. She brings that same steadiness and attention to people to the Circle's table. She and Chris host every dinner together and choose each guest themselves, so the evening works as well as the meal.
